Tidy at last...

So it only took nearly 2 days... but I can finally see my desk again... here are a few updated studio photos... I just have a box of stamps and a box of ribbons to sort out...

Turtley Awesome... Sketch Saturday #239

Morning Sketchers... Hope you all had a fab Christmas.... I've had a few days off from crafting and blogging but looking forward to getting back into the swing of things..  Anyhow, it's time for another sketch over at Sketch Saturday and here is this weeks....

As for today... this is my job.... tackling the mess that is my studio...

I decided to have a move around a couple of weeks ago and then I also bought another Alex draw unit and desk to work from just before Christmas from Ikea. They got put together but stuff ended up in piles ... add a couple of last minute makes and it looks like a bombs hit.... My New Years resolution... to become a tidy crafter lol!!!

I'm also going to have a clear out to watch out for a new for sale page... I really need to reduce my stuff and I'm sure those things I just do not use (Wild Orchid flowers for example) will be better off in a new home....

I'll be back with pictures of the tidy room very soon (fingers crossed x)

Sorry I'm a little later than planned today, been to Ikea to get a new work desk to put in my studio and took forever to get home!!  I'm off to Lizy's tonight for some crafting for a bit with my new SU goodies whilst Al is at choir practice for the big carol concert at Manchester Cathedral on Sunday!

More Exciting News.....

So I said I had some more exciting news.. I also got chosen as a Designer Team at another challenge that Lesley from Always Playing With Paper created!! It's for January - June 2013 at "The Paper Players". I'm so excited... I love these challenges and can't wait to get started... Seize the Birthday... Exciting News

A little over 12 months ago I stumbled over a challenge blog call freshly made sketches... I was ecstatic as I had finally found a challenge that promoted the clean style of card making that I loved (sorry flower lovers but that's just not me!!).  So I was ecstatic when Lesley from Always Playing with Paper,  the creator of many fab challenges including FMS asked me to be part of her new design team at a brand new challenge "Seize The Birthday" starting in January!!
