Recycled Penguin

This weeks Pollycraft Challenge is use something recycled and since I'm an expert at saving every last bit of ribbon like substance I found the old handle from a T.M Lewin bag and new exactly what I wanted to do....

Promarkers: Powder Blue, China, Midnight, Cool Grey 4,5, Amber, Apricot
Ribbon: Courtesy of TM Lewins bags lol
Sentiment: Crafts 4 You ( Altered to make it fit)
DPs: Pink Petticoat ( Although I have used mostly scraps)
Glitter: Stash
