Windy Day ... Crafting For All Seasons #19 Blue & White

Afternoon all... can you believe we are back with another challenge at Crafting For All Seasons. This week we have a great challenge... to use the colours "Blue & White" and we also have some fab sponsors too.... I'm using a gorgeous image from Saturated Canary...Here she is....
