Simple Birthday.. Seize The Birthday #16

Afternoon.. So there are have been a few changes over at Seize The Birthday.  We have had a blog makeover and also decided to make the challenge last for two weeks.  You can create either feminine or masculine cards with the sketch now and we have also added in the ability to vote for your favourite and for this challenge this will be on Tuesday, May 14th at Noon (EST).  

 Here is the sketch for this fortnight!!

I have kept my card really really simple....
