Hello Dragonfly

I love Saturdays even more now I wake up to a new Less is More challenge every week to get my creative juices flowing.... This week it's a One Layer Card (OLC) with the theme of "Off the Edge".  I really couldn't decide on  a colour way Black on White or White on Black... So I did Both.... here is the black (sorry about the photo)..

On a C6 card I've used a simple "Hello" sentiment from a Sizzix stamp set - France, the Dragonfly Stamp is from Dimension Fourth and I have heat embossed with Silver Pearl Heat it Up powder.

And here is the White one too

I know this this isn't officially a OLC as I've added some gems to it lol.

I'm also entering these into this weeks One Stop Craft Challenge which is Clean & Simple

Hope you like them... I'm off to do some more crafting now

  1. Love them both! I'm sure you'll get away with your gems....after all, what's a card without a bit of bling???

  2. Love them both. I think you're okay with the minimal bling. It said little or no embellishments. If I saw these cards in the store, I would buy them. I'm now following you. TFS!

  14. A little bling is allowed, specially as it accents the design and not just 'plonked' in the corners!
Adore the black base one...just super
    Thank you!

  16. How fun to see the reverse images - and I especially like the black base with white. The little bit of wing off the edge gives the right amount of whimsy and airy-ness to the piece.
