Lazy Days

When I looked at this weeks Less Is More Challenge is "Masculine", I knew it would be a challenge.  I wanted to do something a little different so decided to use one of the boys LOTV stamps I had and give it a very monochromatic feel... Here is the card....

The stamps is LOTVs Lazy Afternoon and I stamped this on to a scrap of kraft Card stock that I had printed the sentiment onto using my PC (Font - Dali) using Rich Cocoa Memento ink.  I shaded in the stamp using water and the same ink and finished it off with a little green promarker ( I had not green ink) and some white highlights on the shirt and socks.  This is then mounted onto some chocolate brown pearlescent card stock.  I think I should have done it directly onto a Kraft card blank, but I really need to use from my scrap box as it's going to overflow very soon.... I also think the white highlight (after it had dried) was a little too much but hey ho...

Hope you like it....
