Morning Crafty Peeps... I have another card I made last summer to share with you today. Surprising what you find unedited on your laptop when you are sorting it out. I don't even remember making this card!

I used an MFT background and white heat embossed it on neenah card before adding black distress ink using a blender tool to give a chalk board effect.

I added a star cut from Stampin Up Cherry Cobbler card stock and then added a sentiment from avery elle. The piece is then mounted onto a white card panel and then onto a card blank made from cherry cobbler card stock.

I really need to get better at writing down exactly what I use for my cards....

Faded Butterflies

Good Morning.... I'm such a bad blogger at the moment, just not had time to edit and write up posts this last couple of weeks.. just wish it was easier from my iPad whilst i'm out and about.

Anyhow, I have a card I made for Craft Stash before Christmas that I just didn't get around to blogging.  This one is using one of the cascading embossing folders.  I had to do some surgery on the embossing folder to allow it to come up the card base.  This is a great technique for making more out of your embossing folders.

Morning, I have a Craft Stash DT card to share with you today using one of the new Cascading Embossing folders.  This one is Sprinkles!

I decided to make a shaker card and emboss a vellum inlay for a more muted effect.  Love how it turned out!

Wishing You A Lifetime Of Happiness

Morning, Today's card is using some of the recent release dies from Apple Blossom from Craft Stash - this one is the Birdcage!

I embossed a piece of card in pewter and then cut out the die from this.  the heart was then cut out of a piece of red and loads of glitter added. Finished off by hanging it from a CBS branch die!

I think the sets from Clearly Besotted that had the die and sentiment are now discontinued though :-(

Thinking Of You

Morning.... Typing up posts at 6am, I must be mad, but I'm such a bad blogger at the moment, it has taken me ages to get the photos sorted and up onto here!
I have a really quick water colour card for you that I made for Craft Stash a few weeks ago. I love the simplicity of this card.. clean lined but traditional.

I hoping to get some more cards made over the weekend too... I seem to work best making them in batch and getting ahead. Gone are the days of daily crafting sessions.  I miss a quick hour in the craft room every day and hope someday I can manage to do it again. It's not even like I sit and watch TV I just seem to be running around straight after work when I am at home!
