Christmas Through a Snowy Window

Morning... I have a different card for you today .. A Christmas shaker card that I made ages ago but found out I had not shared it with you! Last year Poppy Stamps came up with these fabulous window dies and A friend cut me out a couple as I thought they were perfect to use for shaker cards.

I have used My Mind eye papers (the ones I never use with scenes on) behind the acetate and then filled with white flower soft!
It's not as clean and simple as my current stuff but I loved having a go at a different technique!

So glad it's Friday today ... it's been a week like no other and not even had time to blink :-(

Polar Pair... CAS Monday with LOTV and a Sneak Peek

Morning... I not only have my first Christmas card of the year but I also have the first sneak peek from the new Christmas stamps out on July 24th! I have used the very cute Polar Pair... This has to be one of my favourites!

I went against the temptation to use shades of blue with the polar bears and I really like this combo!

Hexagons Everywhere...

Morning LIMettes and Sketchers... It's not very often I get to combine DT cards but this week I some how managed to get my sketch at Sketch Saturday aligned with the theme at Less Is More.  The Theme this week at LIM is HEXAGONS and here is the sketch too....

My first card uses both the theme and the sketch!

I have used scraps of My Minds Eye paper cut out using the cute little hexagon die from Clearly Besotted.  The sentiment is Ali Edwards from Simon Says Stamp.

My second card is a lot simpler and I really love the colour combo.  The ribbon is from Stampin Up as is the sentiment and punch.  The Embossing folder is from cuttlebug!

I'm off to Grandmas this afternoon and then hopefully some crafting later on too!! Have a great Saturday!

Morning... So I had a busy evening last night catching up on some crafting and launching Lizy's new blog look... you can see it here.... I was so excited when she finally decided to become a Stampin' Up demonstrator... But now I may be even more skint lol!!!!! A New Home

Congratulations

Morning... Early post from me today with a card I made late last night for a last minute order.  I used the sketch from the new challenge CAS(E) This Sketch... I'm really loving making my CAS cards at the moment... I find them most satisfying and have a lot of requests for cards without images so these are perfect!.  I'm really glad there are more challenges for this type of card appearing. Here is my creation...
