Steampunk Balloon Ride

So I've uesed a new stamp and a new technique here for another card for this weeks Less Is More challenge.... I found some Inkadinkadoo stamps on Saturday night that I had forgotten I had and since they had a flourish on I thought I would use them... I used a nestie to cute the aperture out from behind by making slits at the side of the image
